Return and Refund Policy

We want you to LOVE our Candles! 

At Giannis Collection all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us upon delivery. Please contact support@giannis-corner.com to start the replacement/refund process or for any additional inquiries.

You may return your unused product within 7 days of purchase for a full refund minus Shipping and Handling. You will be responsible for shipping costs on all return items. Please email support@giannis-corner.com before returning any product.
